AANA elects officers and board members
The Arthroposophy Association of North America elected officers and board members at its recent annual meeting in Miami. James C. Esch, MD, was elected president; M. Mike Malek, MD, first vice president; Steven S. Burkhart, MD, second vice president; Brian Day, MD, secretary; Walter R. Shelton, MD, treasurer. Newly elected board members are James C.Y. Chow, MD; William A. Grana, MD; Robert E. Hunter, MD; Donald H. Johnson, MD; David A. McGuire, MD; and James S. Mulhollan, MD.
