Orthopaedic coding, practice management courses planned
The AAOS, in cooperation with KarenZupko & Associates,
will present workshops during 2003 in a number of U.S.
cities, aimed at increasing efficiency in the practices
of orthopaedic surgeons. "Fore! Driving Better Business
Operations" is an all-day Friday workshop. "2003 Masters
in Orthopaedic Coding" is an all-day Saturday course.
Members can attend either session or both. Sessions
planned for 2003 will be held in Nashville, Tenn.,
Sept. 12-13; Providence, R.I., Oct. 24-25, and Chicago,
Nov. 7-8. To register, go to the AAOS home page, www.aaos.org,
