AAOS Washington Health Policy Fellowship winner announced
The newly formed AAOS Washington Health Policy Fellowship Program has named Sharat Kusuma, MD, as its 2004 fellow. Dr. Kusuma is currently a resident at the University of Pennsylvania and has advanced degrees from both the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and its School of Business and Management. During the course of his yearlong fellowship, Dr. Kusuma will work a few days a month with the AAOS Washington, D.C., office on initiatives such as medical liability reform and physician reimbursement.
