The Scoliosis Research Society (SRS) is announcing the availability
of research grant funding in the field of spinal deformity. Research
teams applying for funding must include at least one fellow of SRS.

The Clinical Orthopaedic Society (COS) is accepting applications for
its 1999 Traveling Fellowship Award. Interested orthopaedists should
send a letter of intent along with curriculum vitae to
John S. Gould, MD, COS, 401 N. Michigan Ave., Chicago, Ill. 60611. Deadline for applications is May 1.
