Academy places CME course on home page
The Academy placed its first on-line continuing medical education
program on the Academy home page last month. "Reducing
Professional Liability Risks," is the first of many electronic
CME presentations that will be available to Academy members. In
the near future, the Academy will post a shoulder and elbow examination
on the home page.
The professional liability exam is presented in 14 parts, each
of which should take no longer than five to ten minutes to complete.
Members who take the exam, answer each quiz, and complete the
program evaluation are eligible for 2 hours of Category 1 CME
credit. The password protected exam is in the Medical Education
section of the homepage, www.aaos.org.
