The Academy designates the Annual Meeting as meeting the criteria for up to 28.5 credit hours in category 1 of the Physician's Recognition Award of the American Medical Association. The Academy cannot designate its Annual Meeting as meeting the criteria for credit for nurses and other allied health professionals.
