Upcoming Annual Meeting deadlines are:
Jan. 11: The Academy must receive advance registration forms by this date.
Completed registration forms along with payment can be sent to AAOS, P.O. Box 75839, Chicago, Ill. 60675-5839, or by fax (708) 823-7520. U.S. and Canadian individuals who register in advance and have paid in full by the Jan. 11 deadline will receive their badge and tickets from the Academy in early February by mail.
Jan. 23: Annual Meeting housing reservations must be secured. Hotel as well as airline reservations can be made by contacting ITS, the Academy's official Annual Meeting travel agency, at (800) 424-5249.
Any corrections and exchanges to your registration can be made until Jan. 11. After this date, all course tickets exchanges will take place on-site and be charged a $10 difference between the advance and on-site course fee. Special event tickets are not exchangeable with course tickets on-site. To cancel your entire registration, selected courses or special events after the advance registration packets have been mailed in early February, individuals must return their complete registration packet by Feb. 16 to the Academy office.
