Digest these quick, useful tips for the Annual Meeting
If you’re planning to attend the AAOS 2005 Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C., Feb. 23-27, you can register onsite, check in, or purchase Instructional Course tickets in the East Registration Hall of the Washington Convention Center.
Satellite check-in locations for those with check-in tickets are available in the North Building concourse, the Grand Hyatt Washington or the Renaissance Washington Hotel.
While at the Annual Meeting, you can visit several exhibit areas. You will find Technical Exhibits in Halls A, B, C and E. The Technology Pavilion is located in Hall C. Hall D houses the AAOS Poster Exhibits, Scientific Exhibits, Multimedia Education Center and AAOS Resource Center.
Participate in the Town Hall Meeting on Friday, Feb. 25 at 10:30 a.m. in Ballroom A. There you can share your concerns on the issues facing your practice, orthopaedics and the AAOS.
Fast and safe transportation is available by using Washington, D.C.’s five Metrorail lines. Route maps are posted and fare cards can be purchased at vending machines at each train station.
