Time is still available to register for the Academy's Summer Institute, Sept. 9-13, in Boston. Seven surgical skills courses will be offered on topics including "Management of Complex Fractures," "Complex Primary, Revision and Alternatives to Total Hip and Knee Arthroplasty," "Contemporary Techniques for Elbow, Forearm, and Wrist Disorders," "Shoulder Surgery: Open and Arthroscopic Procedures," "Treatment of Complex Knee Injuries," and "Surgical Treatment of Sports Injuries to the Foot and Ankle." New to this year's program is the course - "Top Ten Orthopaedic Procedures" - where faculty will comprehensively review some of the most commonly-performed orthopaedic procedures.
