Ruth Jackson Society's biennial meeting will focus on women in orthopaedics
The Ruth Jackson Orthopaedic Society will focus its sixth biennial meeting around a theme of "Practical Issues for Women in Orthopaedic Surgery" from Friday, Oct. 24 to Sunday, Oct. 26, 2003 at the Hyatt Rosemont in Rosemont, Ill. The meeting will begin with tips on management, personal finance, and writing scientific papers and will move on to emerging technologies in orthopaedics, with updates on such topics as total joint reconstruction, trauma, spine, tumor, foot/ankle and pediatrics. Keynote speakers will be Nancy Dickey, MD, and Vernon T. Tolo, MD.
