The Spine reveals spine anatomy and exposures

Observe alternate surgical exposures to the spine in a new CD-ROM program, Selective Exposures in Orthopaedic Surgery (SEOS): The Spine. Edited by Frank M. Phillips, MD; Robert K. Hurford Jr., MD, PhD; Lawrence G. Lenke, MD; Isador H. Lieberman, MD; MBA, FRCS(C); R. Douglas Orr, MD, FRCS(C); K. Daniel Riew, MD; and Douglas S. Won, MD, it combines two hours of operating room and surgical lab (cadaveric dissection) footage to illustrate exposures, risks, and superficial and deep tissue anatomy.

Designed for orthopaedic surgeons with an interest in spine, SEOS: The Spine demonstrates the subtleties of exposing the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine.

The program includes references and self-assessment questions, and allows you to earn up to 3 Category l CME credits. SEOS: The Spine is $89 for AAOS members and $69 for residents. There are seven other programs available in the SEOS series: shoulder, distal radius, revision hip, knee, foot, ankle, and hand. Coming soon are programs on the elbow, pelvis and hip.
