Course planned on current concept for foot and ankle
An AAOS course, "Foot and Ankle: Current Concepts and Practical Solutions," covers everything from trauma and diabetes to sports injuries, flat foot deformities and hallux disorders. Faculty will focus on treatment options for frequent foot and ankle conditions, how they apply and where they belong in patient care. Daily sessions will review actual cases, related X-rays, and condition history to evaluate and develop treatment decisions. The course also includes practical information sessions on ICD-9 and CPT codes for proper billing of patient procedures. This course provides 18 hours of Category 1 CME credit and takes place Dec. 6-8, 2002 in Washington, D.C. To enroll, call the AAOS customer service department, (800) 626-6726.
