Improve office efficiency with practice management symposium
The Practice Management Symposium for Practicing Orthopaedic Surgeons will be offered on February 13, 2007, the day before the AAOS 2007 Annual Meeting begins in San Diego. Course director David Teuscher, MD, chair of the Medical Liability Committee, has assembled an impressive faculty of orthopaedic surgeons, practice administrators and professional advisors who are experts in their respective fields.
The symposium will focus on helping you run your office more efficiently and effectively. You will learn strategies for maximizing your revenues (including tried-and-true ways of being paid correctly for the work you do), minimizing your overhead, implementing patient-centered care, developing a positive practice culture and becoming a digital office. The complete course outline is available online.
Attendees at previous symposia have rated the programs very highly. Because seating capacity in San Diego is limited, advance registration for the 2007 Symposium is required. The registration fee is $420 for each AAOS member and each practice administrator. This activity has been approved for AMA PRA category 1 credit.
Register online, via fax at (847) 823-7520 or mail your registration form to AAOS, Box 75839, Chicago, Ill. 60675-5839.
