Hands-on spine course explores recent advances
Recent advances and controversies are the focus of "Spine Surgery: Advanced Applications and Techniques," November 14-16 at the Orthopaedic Learning Center in Rosemont, Ill. Chairs Alexander R. Vaccaro, MD, and Jeffrey S. Fischgrund, MD, will present perspectives on the management of difficult, clinical spinal problems. Topics include contemporary occipital-cervical and cervical-thoracic instrumentation, new innovations in motion-sparing devices for degenerative disk disease, intervertebral disk replacements and recent developments in spinal implant technology.
