Public to file claims for silicone-based products

Dow Corning Corp., which is being reorganized under chapter 11 of U.S. Bankruptcy Code, is alerting the public that people with possible claims for problems they believe are caused by silicone implants manufactured by the corporation should file the claim by Jan. 15, 1997.
