Corporate support for OREF continues to grow

By Judy Sherr, OREF Vice President, Corporate Relations

It all begins with research. New technologies…innovative therapies…alternative treatment options…without research, none of these would be possible. Corporate Associates understand and appreciate the vital role that the Orthopaedic Research and Education Foundation (OREF) plays in funding the most timely and promising musculoskeletal research available-the kind of research that leads to advances in the profession, and ultimately to improved patient care. Through the OREF Corporate Associates Program, companies are able to support quality research and demonstrate their corporate citizenry within the orthopaedic community.

The Corporate Associates Program is a highly respected component of OREF, accounting for more than $4.7 million in support in 2003. The OREF gratefully acknowledges each of its distinguished corporate partners for demonstrating their philanthropic commitment to the field of orthopaedic surgery.

OREF highly values its relationship with industry, and looks forward to partnering with companies to fund initiatives that will help improve the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and disorders. Corporate Associate Programs participants for 2003 include:
