Annual Meeting symposium, ICL focus on aging

The first wave of baby boomers are celebrating their 50th birthdays, on their way to senior citizens status and all the medical ills that come with aging. To help orthopaedic surgeons get ready, the Academy has launched a major program to inform fellows about the special medical requirements of the elderly. The Annual Meeting will feature a symposium, "Orthopaedic Challenges in an Aging Population," on February 22, and an Instructional Course Lecture, "The Graying of America, Its Impact on Your Orthopaedic Practice," on February 26.
