Bone and Joint Surgeons seek research papers

The Association of Bone and Joint Surgeons is seeking papers for the Nicolas Andry Award and for the Marshall R. Urist Young Investigator Award. The association, in conjunction with Clinical Orthopaedics and Related Research, is sponsoring the award of $15,000 for the Nicolas Andry Award and $5,000 for the Marshall R. Urist Young Investigator Award. Entry for one award precludes entry for the other award. Winning papers for each award must be presented at the next annual meeting of the association April 25-29, 2001 in New Orleans. A complete manuscript and five copies must be submitted by Nov. 10, 2000 to the Association of Bone and Joint Surgeons, William J. Maloney, Committee chairman, 6300 N. River Rd., Suite 727, Rosemont, Ill. 60018. The submission should state whether it is for the Nicolas Andry Award or the Marshall R. Urist Young Investigator Award.
