AAOS searching for opinion-makers!

Want to help guide your Academy’s decision-making process? Here’s the perfect opportunity.

The AAOS is impaneling an Orthopaedic Opinion Group—orthopaedic surgeons who agree to provide their opinions on a number of issues. Weigh in on projects critical to your profession early in the planning process. We may even ask you to critique a complimentary product. The results of the Orthopaedic Opinion Group will influence many levels of AAOS decision-makers in committees, councils and the Board of Directors itself.

Here’s how it works. About once a quarter, we will e-mail you a short battery of questions requiring no more than 10-15 minutes of your time. Your rapid e-mail response will be tabulated with those of other orthopaedic surgeons to provide insights and commentary on proposed products, hot issues and programs that are important to you and your fellows. Your privacy is assured; reports will always aggregate your comments.

Joining is simple—send an e-mail to OOG@aaos.org with Orthopaedic Opinion Group Volunteer in the subject line and your full name and mailing address in the message body. We’ll do the rest.
